Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email immediately when your Credit Card Order has been processed. You will also receive a tracking number when you order has been shipped. You must provide a current email address to receive either of these. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see these in your inbox.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipients responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

Damages

SOMALEAF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
