On December 11, a new federal hemp rule is scheduled to take effect. It could stop us from selling several of our full-spectrum formulas in the U.S. If you have a favorite, this is the time to stock up at a big discount.
Congress changed the federal definition of hemp last year. Starting December 11, 2026, finished hemp products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. Most full-spectrum products unfortunately contain more than that, even though they stay under the 0.3% limit that has applied since 2018 and don’t have intoxicating effects.
Our broad-spectrum gummies aren’t affected. Our full-spectrum formulas are. Bills to delay or change the rule are still alive in Congress and it’s possible we may get a lifeline here soon… but we can’t promise anything we can’t control, so we’d rather you have what you need now.
The fact is, after December 11th, we don’t know what the future of SomaLeaf looks like right now.
35 days
until December 11. Full-spectrum items marked at risk may leave our U.S. store after this date.
0.4 mg
total THC per container is the new federal limit for finished products. Despite being non-intoxicating, full-spectrum formulas like ours unfortunately exceed this new purposefully unreasonable restriction.
Nov 2
is the last day for up to 55% off. Prices go back to normal after midnight EST.
Why the whole plant works better than any one part
Hemp contains hundreds of natural compounds: cannabinoids like CBD, CBG and CBN, alongside terpenes and flavonoids that each play a role in how you feel. The Entourage Effect is what happens when all of these compounds work together at once.
Think of it like a symphony. Each instrument can produce sound on its own. But together, they create something far more powerful than any single note ever could.
Research suggests that cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids amplify each other’s effects, supporting your body’s endocannabinoid system more completely than any isolated compound can on its own.
This is the difference between hemp that works, and hemp that falls short.
